Bank of America (with Drive-thru ATM)

"Don't go here if you're a business client. I was the only one in line, got in the business line. Guy in front of me took more than 20 minutes with his transaction. The bank filled and the tellers took 6 people from the non business line while I stood there waiting to deposit a single check. This location is trash."

"Worst banking experience I've ever had, EVER avoid this place at all costs.... anything you do here will be a hassle. I've had multiple problems with this location tried to give it another chance and it didn't take long ill drive out of my way to go to a different branch.... makes bank of America as a whole look awful"

"If they're was a -10, I would give this particular branch one. I have never in my whole life was treated with that kinda of customer service in my life. I went in to cash a check, the teller tried to call the client of whom wrote me the check, but didn't answer. They tried to say the signature didn't match It matched perfectly to all the others. They were being racist as I am black. I pickup onit as soon as I walked in the door. Susie the Manager or whomever she was was very unprofessional. This branch is predominantly hispanic. I didn't see any other race in this branch. I feell they're doing illegal in this branch for Hispanics, I think it should be investigated and ISIS should be aware as well!!"

"Fernanda Alvarado offers Great service I haven't had a negative experience with her and she gets things taken care of fast. She would be what you consider a true Leader and should be promoted to branch manager."

"The worst manager at this branch EVER!! She should NOT be working in customer service period! She was trying to bully me into using my daughters savings bonds to make my checking account balance positive! I initially wanted to cash them, but I changed my mind after finding out the bonds weren't at their full value and since my account was negative, she didn't want to do that. I gave $50 for my account because that's all I could do right now and planned on making payments, but she was NOT compassionate in the least! She embarrassed me by talking down to me and letting EVERYONE know my business!!! I've never felt so belittled in my life! I will be closing that account after I make my balance positive. If that's the kind of people they hire to represent their company, I don't want to have anything to do with them! She's very lucky I'm a God fearing woman and I'm going to pray for her, but I have to let the public know since she is a manager and SHOULD know how to handle customers with respect."
