"Atty. Paul Moser is indeed a lawyer that people need and love! My 2023 as a new immigrant in the Unites States didn’t start right. I was brought to the ICU on New Year’s day after I collapsed at work. To make the story short, I had no medical insurance yet so I ended up having around $100, 000.00 medical debt. I had mental and emotional turmoil, I didn’t know what to do, until my workmate recommended Atty. Paul Moser who also changed her life. He listened to my story and with his knowledge & dedication to help people, I am now debt free. I got my life back! Indeed, my 2023 did not start right but it ended up with a great blessing that I will always be grateful for. Thank you Atty Paul!"

"I could not imagine a worse experience than I had with this office. A few bullet points: 1.Brooke requested a call with me, then didn't show up. We rescheduled for the next day and she no showed again. She eventually called 2 hours late on the second day and simply said "Is now still a good time?" as though it was the planned time all along. 2. Once we finally had the call, she wasted time complaining about how busy she was, told me she didn't even have my case information with her, because she was sitting in a parking lot, and proceeded to ask irrelevant questions like "Are you changing back to your maiden name?" When I never changed my name in the first place. Keep in mind, you pay by the minute, so I was getting charged for everything she said. 3. When I was sent my divorce agreement to look over, it was very clear that nobody had bothered to proofread it. Not only did I have to be the one to point out the mistake, I then had to pay extra for Brooke's time correcting it. Seems like incentive to be deliberately bad at your job. 4. This is a more minor point, but compounded by all the others--I never even met Brooke until we were about to go before the judge. It's stressful enough going to court for the first time without having no idea what your lawyer even looks like and having to text the office to ask. Overall, I had a terrible experience and, to add insult to injury, while I was told I would almost certainly have money leftover from my retainer because my case was very simple (we agreed on everything, there was literally nothing for the lawyer to do but file it), I ended up having to spend around $1,000 on top of the retainer. I truly have no idea how they can justify any of it. Avoid this office at all costs unless you just really love making already difficult situations truly unbearable."

"Paul is my lawyer. He has been my lawyer for almost over 2 years. He has stuck with me in the best & worst times. When you hire a lawyer you have to be prepared to do your part too. You can’t expect to hire someone & not inform them on important issues. This recent review (Kathleen Osborne)on paul that I have seen is totally untrue. Paul has more heart than any other lawyer I have had. There were moments I struggled financially & paul still helped. So I can tell you that he doesn’t need your money more that you at all. He is very professional, respectful, & he gets the job done big or small. No matter what. All around he is just a great guy to work with. When paul took my case it was HUGE! It has been one of the biggest battles for me. But he was the David to my Goliath & he went to battle for me & my children anyway. He does a great job. And he ALWAYS shows up prepared! He never reschedules. I have more than 1 case. He is worth every penny i have paid & so much more. He is a lawyer that makes a huge positive difference in families lives! I highly recommend paul."

"I wouldn't recommend hiring this lawyer for legal help. I hired him with assisting me on my family law case. That was the worst financial mistake that I could've ever made. I paid him $2500 just to completely fumble my case. After, hiring Paul I was in an even worst predicament from when I started. Don't even bother expressing any kind of concerns with him. He will completely shoot them down, as if your worries don't even matter. He's an complete "Yes Man"! Whatever the apposing council offers; he'll take it and run with it. Without consulting with his paying client. In my opinion, there isn't one doubt in my mind that he will collude with the apposing council. After nearly an year I gladly fired Paul Mouser. I paid him $2500 just for him to show up to one court date, send emails and fail miserably on receiving the Discovery back. It's going on 200 day's and I still haven't received my Discovery. Now my new lawyer has to clean up his mess. I wont even bother on trying to receive my remaining funds on my retainer. He just that crocked of an Lawyer to refuse me of it. But I guess what Morgan & Morgan said was right "Some Lawyers Need The Money More Than You"! In conclusion; don't bother hiring this guy. I would've been better off with an Public Defender."
