"Ruined a beautiful $150 leather wallet of mine brought in for reconditioning. Would not recommend this shop. I have brought all my equestrian and leather items here for years but their workers have recently changed, and the quality has receded greatly. Sadly disappointed."

"Supporting a buiness like this is supporting incompetence. Brought my boots and was told it would take a week. Then I get a pick up ticket for 9 days. After a week the boots where ready and was told Monday after 4 it would be ready. On Tuesday I go to pick up my boots then wait 20 min while he rushed to do the work. When I took the boots to my car I notice that the heels of the boots where not done. So I go back then said come back in 20 minutes... No apologies no discount and no ownership. The boots where nor even s Polished."

"DON'T GO THERE!! I brought my shoes 2 weeks ago, they told me to pick it up after a few days and when I went my shoes were not there, I had to wait a lot after they found it at the other store. They told me that they didn't have the material yet but that soon they would have been ready. I didn't received a call for almost a week, I called this morning and my shoes were not ready yet. Not only they didn't apologize, but the guy I was talking to hang up the phone on me for being annoyed!! TERRIBLE!!"

"Terrible service. Stay away. He promised to finish my shoes in a week I needed them in a week. When I came in at 1pm to pick up the shoes he then told to me no shoes are ready until 4:00 pm. He told me to come back after 4:00 pm. I ask him if they are ready now but he would not check. I had to wait 15 minutes just to get that answer. I came back at 5:00 pm and he told me the shoes weren't ready but I need them for event at 6:00 pm. He told me he could repair them in about 15 minutes which I did not find acceptable. I had to fight to get a refund. These guys are awful."

"I don't hate the place. However, I brought my made in England Classic Derby Solovair boots in for a sole replacement about three months ago. Paid $60 for the service, which I believe is reasonable, considering the boots cost me $225. Now the soles are coming off. I took the boots back to the store recently and am waiting for them to contact me . . . Meh. Two days already and they look like the latter two photos. I am frustrated. At least I wasn't charged."
