The staff is amazing as well. They’re always very welcoming. Only had one very upsetting encounter with a nurse recently when I went in for my 2 month olds shots. The nurse came in to give the shots and she noticed I didn’t fill out the postpartum papers and asked me why they weren’t filled out yet when she “told me to fill them out” as she stated.. mind you I was fully distracted by my baby and I was showing her so much love before the nurse came in because she was about to get her shots. When she had mentioned the the papers I went to grab them and she immediately gave my baby her first shot WITHOUT ME. I didn’t even get a chance to comfort my own baby and it broke my heart. All I heard was a huge scream and cry when I turned my back and I went over to comfort her and kiss her and the nurse said “oh she’ll get over it.” As she continued to give the rest in which she just jabbed it in really fast. Didn’t even go slow or console my baby as other nurses I’ve seen in the past with friends/families babies. Definitely will be requesting a different nurse at her 4 months!"
