"A very good friend of mine is a patient's of Dr. Bullocks and unfortunately my friend was refused care today because she didn't have a minimal and I do mean minimal less than $40 past due balance. She was needing to see him for some serious bp issues which some may or may not know is a silent killer especially for women. I even called his office to speak with his nurse to ask is this common practice and is your Dr. aware of these practices that his front office is carrying out? Because most medical facilities don't turn patient's away just because they can't pay especially if it's a serious issue. It is very sad to think that his office would rather jeopardize a life over money. REALLY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I do understand that medical facilities are not in the business of providing services for FREE however, I would be very skeptical about going to an office that would deny me care because of a minimal balance (again less than $40) not to mention she does have insurance. He may be a good dr but it's a chance you may never know because you can't get to see him if your pay day and health issue don't coincide."

"I've been a patient of Dr Bullock for four years, ever since moving here to Nashville. I could not recommend him more to anyone who wants a caring, intelligent and friendly doctor. If you just want a doctor to tell you what you want to hear, and give you a bunch of pills, He's not your guy. He practices what he preaches, good diet, exercise, as few medications as possible. By keeping the body healthy, you can prevent or minimize most long term medical problems. He'll tell you like he sees it. So if you gained a few pounds, you'll know it and get honest encouragement to improve. Smoking? not judged, but a "you know thats bad for you....." He has a shared practice with several doctors and Nurse Practicioniers and PA's. If you drop by you'll probably see them if you don't want to wait, but I recommend it. Dr Bullock has an excellent staff who CARES about you! He has two kids of his own, and with his partner, they understand life from a lot of different perspectives. My husband and I (a gay couple) are welcomed with the same respect and friendliness as the pensioner, or the family of six children! Bottom Line: Great Doctor who cares about his patients. We are ALL his "Family""
