"I ordered some boots , unfortunately ,They ran big. I called to see what could be done for me to exchange them . They took care of the problem right away. Needless to say they made the process hassle free. Ill definetly be ordering again!!"

"BUYER BEWARE if ordering online. Absolute worst customer service. They sent me the wrong color boots. I sent them back and it took a lot of effort on my part to get a refund (5 emails and 2 voicemails) which took nearly 2 weeks. They did not refund me for the $25 cost of return shipping that I incurred due to their mistake. I contacted them 15 times via email and they did not respond to any of my emails. So, all this aggravation of doing business with Joe Boots cost me $25 and a big waste of my time. I recommend shopping elsewhere and save yourself the aggravation."
