You have the choice of selecting 2 extensions to leave a message and their mailboxes are full. So unable to leave message. Called over 10 times yesterday through out the day and still unable to get anyone or leave a message. In the past when I had been able to leave a message prior to my closing, nobody returned the call. This happened twice to me. Guess you have to have cell phone numbers to actually use or reach someone at this law firm. Maybe they only take care of personal friends. So unprofessional!! I would search for another law firm that will actually take care of your questions and concerns."
