"My kids have been seen here for a year, and we have yet to have a good experience at Grace Pediatrics. I have been trying to set up a follow up appointment for four weeks now, and just called again, only to be told that I’d “receive a call back.” Again. I’m not sure what the staff does there, but it’s certainly not their job."

"Very poorly treated. I was told I could not hold my child during his vaccination, because the nurse was not trained to do it that way. They flat out refused, so I got ready to leave. Then the doctor came back in to try to convince me to allow them to do the vaccination on the table with me pinning my baby down - the doctor actually said I should lay over my baby because that was what she did. This is not best practice, and goes against both the CDC and WHO guidelines for vaccination in children. I will not go back and recommend you stay away if you want to avoid traumatic vaccinations."

"I just want to put a notice out to all the doctors that are saying they will not treat children because they're not vaccinated is going against the AMA which says you cannot refuse any patient due to vaccination status. Emergency circumstances which states unless the patient is a severe risk to other patients. In which the unvaccinated patient would compromise a vaccinated person's health. So knowing that the doctors of Tennessee are going against the AMA I think it's a travesty to healthcare I also think that they are not honoring their oath to do no harm because not treating a child because of vaccination status is doing harm. If vaccines work the way they're supposed to then an unvaccinated person could not cause a vaccinated person any sickness if you're saying that an unvaccinated person could harm a vaccinated person then your vaccines don't work. And if that's the case that the vaccines don't provide protection then why are we having this conversation"
