"I would not recommend hiring her . Your retainer fee is nonrefundable , so even if she doesn’t do anything , she gets paid .You are taking a huge risk . She will not return phone calls , text messages , she will ignore her clients . Your clients should not have to EVER beg for basic human decency, time , or respect . She was not on time for her appointments, I had to call her and find out where she was , and the door was locked when I got there and no one was there . I was the one always reaching out to her to find out anything about my case . In which there was no answer , or if I left a message , she would never return my call . You should not pay money to an attorney to be left in the dark about your case ."

"This attorney lacks professionalism, responsiveness, time management, and integrity. She takes your money up front and you never hear from her again. Select her only if you have plenty of money to give away and time to waste. I would actually give her no stars, the worst attorney ever."

"Our lawyer is Melissa out of Olive Branch,Ms. We had lost almost all of our hope to get our lives back,and our children.. This woman has done more in a few short months than anyone has in 7 very long years! She's honest,hard-working,persistent,when she says she's fighting for you. Take it to heart because she absolutely means it! Me and my husband Michael absolutely adore her and she is the most loving,caring,hard-working person I've met. She will tell you exactly how it is and she does not back down from anything or anyone! You need a lawyer that is worth every dime and fights for you then I would highly highly recommend Melissa!"

"My husband paid her the requested amount over the phone with a credit card and that was the last time we heard from her. She was supposed to get back to us in "between 4 to 6 weeks" .. and that was 5 months ago. We left several voice messages and no call back. Maybe she's in a coma (or incapacitated) and if that's the case, I'll remove this review when I find out. But based on the other review, it's likely that she's too busy getting people to send her money in her little scam practice to even care to call back."
