"Ordered and paid for overnight shipping for a part I needed immediately before leaving town. They didn’t have it and didn’t communicate before deciding to drop ship from a distributor. Lack of communication cost me the ability to try and order elsewhere. Take the overnight option off your website if you aren’t going to prioritize and I will save my time by skipping over them in the future"
"Please note, there is no storefront for this business as of June 2022. This is an online store that may eventually reopen for retail. I walked to the location and it seemed like the wrong place. Fortunately I called and the owner was there and had the parts I needed. Very good prices and saved me in a pinch for some critical equipment for my bike trip that I needed that day.
