"Paid for power of attorney letters for myself and my wife. Went to sign the papers over a month ago and was told they would mail them to me once the attorney signed them. Never received anything. Called over two weeks ago and again was told they would mail them to me. Never received anything. Tried to call numerous times today. No answer. Went to the website to try email contact and filled out all the info. When I hit "submit" an error message came up. I've never had so much trouble trying to get such a simple task accomplished from any other attorney. Worst service ever. Still don't have the documents I paid for."
