"Every time I go in here it takes forever. The whole postal service in Oak Ridge is a mess. I am someone who respects and defends the USPS because I believe it is one of the best things our government does for the people, and the logistics are marvelous. That being said, it is insane how bad it is in Oak Ridge. The Postmaster should be ashamed of themselves."

"Every time I come in the older wavy orange headed lady is so rude to me. She makes me stand there while she sees my until someone else walks in , she won’t say your welcome and she won’t even put my stuff in my hand she sits it down like I’m nasty I am a African American women. As soon as I walk off to tape my package she is friendly to everyone and hands them there money in there hand. I am nothing but EXTREMELY NICE TO THIS WOMEN AND SHE IS EXTREMELY HATEFUL."

"Got there at 3:50 pm to a hand written letter saying the office was closed today. The official hours say 5:15 pm."

"They decided to just close early?? Got there at 5 to a locked door with a hand-written sign that said "closed for the day 7/5/22," as if they were a mom and pop restaurant. Tried to use the self-service kiosk, whose signage said it could print a pre-paid label and print a receipt if you already had a label. Could not print a pre-paid label. Printed a receipt for me, but they'd locked up the drop-off box so I couldn't leave my package. In the time I stood there, 4 other people walked up and left, frustrated at having to come back another day."

"I have to give a big THANK YOU to the employees at this station. On Tuesday I dropped a letter in the blue mail box in the parking lot, and the moment I dropped the letter, I realized I didn't have a stamp on it. I have never done this before and this was my tax payment to the IRS!!! I was so upset and mortified to go in the station and tell someone of such stupid thing. But the ladies working that day were so nice and helpful. I gave them the stamp, the information and my phone number. They told me they would take care of it and they DID!!! Within an hour I got a phone call to let me know they found the letter and put the stamp on it. Wow!!! That's what you call Excellent Customer Service. Thank you so much ladies!!!!"
