He even yelled profanities when asked questions, going from passive to aggressive in 5 seconds. He's probably burned out, which is expected at 78-80+ years of age (by our estimate), but that shouldn't fall on the client or potential client. Very costly."

Spent several months waiting on a resolution while dealing with this firm and had to move on to a new lawyer who got positive results within weeks. I can only speak for civil contract issues but if you expect timely and accurate representation I suggest using someone else."
