FedEx Drop Box

The FedEx Drop Box located at 1201 4th Avenue South in Nashville, Tennessee, offers convenient 24/7 drop-off for FedEx Express, FedEx Ground, and FedEx SmartPost prelabeled shipments. You can choose from 1-, 2-, or 3-day shipping options for FedEx Express or 1-5 business days for FedEx Ground.

The drop box accepts a variety of packages, including FedEx Express envelopes and boxes, as well as packages with your own FedEx label. Packages up to 20" x 12" x 6" can be dropped off at this location. Drop-off times may vary depending on the location, with some drop boxes offering extended hours and even Saturday pickups.

To use the drop box, you can create a shipping label online or fill out an airbill using your FedEx account number. Print the label, affix it to your package, and bring it to the FedEx Drop Box for drop-off. Please note that no cash, check, or credit card payments are accepted at the drop box.

If your package is too large for the drop box, you can bring it to a nearby FedEx Office, FedEx Ship Center, FedEx Authorized ShipCenter, Walgreens, Dollar General, or grocery location for assistance. FedEx also offers packing and shipping services at their nationwide locations, as well as the ability to ship hazardous goods at select FedEx Ship Centers.
