"Note: I am an African American making this review. But Every time I attempt to present a QR code for shipping, the big and tall African American male and one African American young female say I cannot or the system allows some but not all. This location is a 1 minute walk from my house so very convenient but quickly inconveniences me. The young Caucasian lady is always very helpful and has never had an issue printing the QR code labels. I’ve taken various returns in there from different retailers and she had no issue. I don’t know if it’s a training problem or just a customer service problem but I’d like the first 2 individuals mentioned to get better trained on the system and/or customer service. The gentleman repeatedly told me I could go to FedEx office which is across town for me, although all I needed was a QR code scanned for shipping at a SHIP CENTER. I don’t think this is how Fred Smith wanted this to work or his customers to be treated."
