"Been ordering here since the pandemic started. Compared to other delivery places this place is a blessing. I go to this one because they are the only ones that are always 100% accurate on their orders and contact you if anything is out. With other delivery businesses I've had at least 3 missing orders or terribly rude drivers but with BRF I've NEVER been disappointed. Even after moving to a different part of town they are still reliable. They also offer tons of local places to order from which I appreciate"

"We ordered food to be delivered and were told it would take 45 minutes. An hour and a half later we still didn't have any food and the restaurant had no knowledge of our order. We tried to let the delivery company know and they said thank you for reaching out. THAT'S IT!!! Nothing about the status of my food or if anything was being done. "This delivery service needs a lot of work. The wait times are rather unexplained. Other delivery services take about half of the time. I'm writing this after just placing an order. My wait time is over an hour... I've been watching the tracker for a minute and have noticed that in 40 minutes my driver STILL hasn't arrived at the store to pick up my order. It really doesn't make any sense to me for the wait time to be this long, sure it's cheap and that's great. But it would also be great if it didn't take an hour for my food to be delivered. Maybe it’s just a problem with the “tracker” function not being accurate."
