"Keep putting my account in delinquent when it has been paid. They are very unprofessional. Been hung up on by a guy name John, simply cause I was asking questions on my payments. The day of payments they will call to see when you will make payment to your account...mind you its 9am when they open. Can a person not get their day started before this company starts harrassing about payments?!? After my loans are paid I will not get another loan from this company!"
