"I would put a zero if I could. She saw me while in the hospital with Pnuemonia, noted a spot on my lungs, did some test and said she'd follow up. I was released from the hospital and called for follow up and basically was told she's not taking new patients and had no intentions of following up but would send results to my primary care. turns out they have only 2 doctors taking new patients and gave me a number for west tn healthcare pulmonary specialists if I wanted to see someone but it wouldn't be them."

"Dr. Hager is so thorough and caring. She has been the pulmonologist for my Dad who was hospitalized with covid and she will continue on once he’s discharged. She has made a huge difference in his health and care and we are so grateful that she’s part of his team!"
