Apex Bank

"I have been dealing with banks for a long time. I’ve never in my life had an experience like this. When you call and are nice and someone goes out of their way to be rude and hateful it’s unacceptable. I typically am not the one to leave reviews. I’ll usually leave it and move on but Stacey was so hateful and rude and made it seem like an issue. She cut off Eddie who was so kind to make sure she made her point to me over the phone. It was unprofessional and inexcusable for a bank to do this. I even was able to be told love ya before she hung the phone up on me. I do not recommend anyone at all does business with that one person in particular. Stacey should not be allowed to be on a phone call with anyone. Truly the most unpleasant experience I’ve ever had in my life with a bank."

"I moved all my accounts this year and relocated our business and personal accounts to Apex bank. Stephanie and her staff are awesome. I have never been so happy with a bank. From personal service when you walk in the door to online banking with is state of the art. I highly recommend this bank to everyone. I give them 6 stars."
