"Two packages delivered yesterday to a wrong house ..don't know what house so those packages are still missing. Two more packages delivered today to the house across the street, got those two back. I am not understanding why we're just going to any house and delivering."

"My package, which was a 7 1/2 foot Christmas Tree was left at the to of my driveway. Which is about 1/2 mile long. Not even a notification that it had been delivered until Tuesday. It was delivered Monday evening! The only reason I knew it was there was my neighbor saw them drop it off and leave. Thank goodness they had a truck and he could lift it. He brought it and carried in the house for me! This could have been very bad! I wish I had gone up and took a photo before he put it on his truck… this is very disappointing service. I think I will be using UPS FOR ALL MY PACKAGES! I will also be letting LOWES KNOW! This said it was the package was last at the Humboldt, TN location."
