"Extremely rude and inept staff. Unfortunately I know posting this review will do literally nothing and nobody will respond or rectify the situation, but writing it here in a public space for all to see MIGHT deter others in the future !!! Went here this morning to submit my passport. I had done everything correct and made an appointment online and verified my identity, printed the forms , etc and assumed everything was all good. I went to check my email and texts before I walked in at 1040 for a confirmation but found it odd I didn’t have one. Again , assumed maybe they just didn’t send them but everything on the USPS website seemed correct and verified when I made the appointment for 11 am. I arrived early just in case. The first person asked me my name ,seemed confused , looked again and simply said ‘She will be right out ‘. Waited ten minutes and another worker came from the back and asked if I was there for a passport and I told her I was. She asked my name twice and said ‘ you aren’t on my list You sure ?’ And I told her yes. She said ‘ check your confirmation for the time and date ‘ as if I didn’t know the time and location. I told her I didn’t have any texts or emails and she rudely said ‘ then you don’t have an appointment!’ I asked her if I should just make another and she snapped ‘yea!’ I understand systems glitch and maybe it never fully confirmed. But a little kindness was too much to ask I guess ! I asked her if she had ANYTHING today and she said ‘ no I don’t. We’re very busy’. Ok then. Wow. Totally nasty. Here’s the worst part - THIS OFFICE has walk in passport hours Tues to Thurs from 10 am to 11. RIGHT when I I was there. So not only was she rude as she could be. But she lied right to my face too! Ma’am , you work with the public. There is absolutely no reason to be hateful and disgusting! It’s free to be nice and helpful just in case you don’t know !!"
"Thieves my package was dropped off here by the idiots at Amazon every package I get somehow disappears in the hands of the incompetent USPS workers stop using them !!!!as of 1/8/24 my package was dropped off as a request by the customer I never requested for you idiots to do any of the sort task you couldnt tie your shoes if left unattended why would I ever ask the USPS to do any more than the bare minimum they do just give me my package and stop trying to be heros when you can barely do your own work update the package was magically found after I reported it and they tried to be funny and said they had it in there hand and that they close at 5 and she sent me the lovely message at 4:45 I flew up there and got it and Monica was so nice she didn't even speak to me just rudely dropped my package and gave it to the other attendant she checked me out and was rude as well thanks so much"
"The worst service. So far I have been waiting in line for half an hour. The line is not even moving. The smart people behind me are leaving. So far five customers have left."
"Went inside to Millington Post Office this morning 12/21. The lady waiting on us would hardly speak. Ask if she had tape. Answer No. She continued to ring me up. Asked what I am to do after I said there is none to purchase. She pointed at the one roll above her head. I reached for it. Paid for it and she turned around. I had to ask if that was all and she said yes. She seemed to not use her words on purpose making it as hard as possible for a customer to try to figure out what we are supposed to do. Definitely needed to learn how to use her words. Maybe repeating Kindergarten would help."
"I am posting about a pkg that had a gift card in it but it was never received. The carrier stated through Amazon that it was left in the mailbox but no pkg. What has happened to honesty. Do we still have Postal Inspectors working. It is so sad. I know I am not the only one this has happened too."
