"Whats the purpose of having a notes section on your delivery if the driver is not going to read it? If you live on a military installation you need access. That's why he left our information for the driver to reach us if there is an issue. Called and talked to a representative and they did not want to call the driver and said if it was failed to deliver 3 times which FedEx doesn't deliver on base on the weekends either it would be returned. So that doesn't help any military family that has to live on a military installation."
