"This postal office has the worst staff!! Shocking it’s in Munford. The front lady with grey/blonde hair has the worst attitude. I wish I could leave her name but she didn’t give it to me. She barley lets you talk, complains, and just gets upset with you. Seriously avoid this place like the plague. Atoka/Millington might be your best bet."
"Worst customer service any person could or should have. The lady that works the front is disgruntled and just down right rude."
"We moved here from FL 10 months ago and have had extremely good service from the Munford Post Office. Our mailman goes out of his way to do his job even if he is still delivering late into the evening. This kind of service doesn't exist in the larger cities. We should be thankful."
"Every post off I go to they are ALWAYS decently nice! Lord forbid if you go into this one and make the RUDE old white lady do her job!! I understand it’s a busy job and there is a lot to do, but what job isn’t?! Making your customers feel welcomed shouldn’t be such a problem but she can’t even smile or ask anyone how their doing. She DOES NOT belong at a job that involves customer service!"
