"My son has been waiting for 2 weeks for his order (seller shipped it all in 3 boxes). We get one box, wait a few days, get the 2nd box. Called and spoke with a representative of FedEx. Just wanted to know where the other box was. Instead, they tell me they are going to open a case to locate it. Meanwhile, we wait another week. Today, the tracking number says that the package is being returned to the sender!! Called and was told, "It sat here too long, so we returned it. Sorry." It say too long because FedEx messed up and didn't deliver it!! Now, we have to wait for it to be returned, then wait for it to be shipped back again! And who will have to pay for THEIR mistake? Very disappointed right now."
