Lowe's Garden Center

"Thankfully this wasn't normal and I hope my next experience at Lowes will be better. I asked two different associates to ask someone to help me in the Electrical isle. They said they would, but waited 15 minutes or so and just left. I leave good reviews when service is good. Hopefully this will not become the norm."

"I have shopped here for years. I went into your garden department about 5:30 pm. I took about 20 min . I picked out some Rose's marked down to 75 % off. I picked out some shrubs that were 50 % off. I went to the reg to check out and it was closed. The gates in and out locked. I then went in the store . Waited in line. The cashier didnt have a clue what was on sale. I move out of the way because she had a line. I waited and waited. I ask why there was no one in the garden center to ring me up. She they were short handed. The lady comes up. Says the shrubs are not half price. I say ok. You need to take the sign down. She TELLS ME . I TOOK ALL OF THE SIGNS DOWN. I SAID OK I PROMISE YOU DIDNT. AGAIN SHE TELLS ME THERE WERE SIGNS STILL UP. By then I say to her I dont mind paying full price for the shrubs. I said right now I dont want this whole cart full of Rose's. I dont want them because of poor customer service. So I left not spending a dime. I normally spend at least over 100.00 every time I come in. Sad . Yall use to have the best customer service. My son in law works for Home Depo. I just spent over 2,000.00 dollars for a new lawnmower."
