"They were supposed to deliver an order from Home Depot to my house on Sept. 12. They left a voicemail giving me a delivery window of 11AM to 4PM. I waited around all day, but the package was never delivered. I went onto their website to track the shipment and saw that it had been cancelled. No one at AAA Cooper, or Home Depot, made any attempt to contact me to let me know about this. They didn't even have the decency to call and tell me it had been cancelled. They just left me in the dark."
