"*update* Check was finally received and also received a lengthy and apologetic voicemail* Very disorganized. Paperwork was revised several times, and still wrong at the closing. Was also charged $30 for an immediate wire transfer, that took over 24 hours. Ask for a check, you actually get that at closing. I was told they would mail me a check for the $30 since they took so long to wire me the money, and never got the check. Save yourself a lot of time, money and headaches and use a better agency!"
"This team of people are absolutely amazing. I had a horrible mortgage company that was making it almost impossible to close on my home. Foothills went way above and beyond and worked for weeks to try to get all the ducks in a row. I don't know how they pulled it off, but they did get it all together from my reluctant mortgage company just 30 minutes before closing. I was blessed to have such a great team of people who didn't give up and dedicated themselves to ensure I was able to get my house sold with the absolute greatest compassion and understanding! These people are awesome!"
