"I usually go to the UPS Store to drop off my shipments. They are nice , but now UPS Store seems that it's more of an Amazon return center than a UPS store. Lines are often long and or slow, when all I want to do is drop of my packages that already have shipping labels. So glad Mailbox Store now takes UPS. No Amazon return lines. And if there are a few people in line, they have a self scan station so I can scan them in myself. Totally convenient, and the staff is always nice. When I am in Mt Juliet running errands or at Orange Theory next door, this is where I am dropping off my online orders."

"I went there 10/4 to drop a package off and the man working there was very rude. I spoke to him with good morning a couple of times but he was persistent in being rude. My parents always taught me to be hospitable and treat others the same as I would like to be treated, but I guess some have no home training!"

"I bought some items into the Mailbox Store in Mt Juliet last Year around September of 2022, that I wanted shipped out of town because I had relocated. In between the process of having my things transported there were some unforseen circumstances that didn't allow me to readily pay for the shipping. The Manager Charlie was very patient and curious with me while I worked through my issue. Fast forward 9 months later I was finally able to have my items shipped to my new location with any damage. I would highly recommend this establishment to anyone that needs shipping."
