"Avoid this store they are very rude with Amazon orders. Robert a staff member, is very annoyed with Amazon drop off orders and seems to be trained to find reasons to charge customers more money. I had a loose item and they forced me to buy a box for Amazon drop off without label, which Amazon does not require a box for drop off. Avoid the drama of this staff."

"They’re imposing a $5/day fee to pick up your package. Absolute scam. This is an arbitrary fee this specific UPS Store is charging, with the reason being, “because they’re a franchise location” they can add whatever fees they want. UPS received the package on 7/5 and I picked it up on 7/8 and I was hit with a $15 fee. Have you ever heard of a receiver paying for package pickup? After they have already charged fees for the shipper to ship the package to the UPS Access Point in the first place? Now they’re collecting fees on both sides to have your package delivered to this UPS store. Do companies offering to ship packages to UPS Access Points know about the surprise fee their customers are getting on the other end? I would suggest using any other shipping provider available to ship, print, etc rather than take your business to this greedy establishment. They might wake up one day and charge you just for stepping foot in their store, just because “they’re a franchise location” and can charge whatever extra fees they want. There are plenty of other options within half a mile of this location."
