"I was gonna apply to drive for this company until I hear how they will fire you for filling out an application for another job. My friend worked here as an over the road driver, gone all week. He has a family at home and obligations to be home every night. He filled out an application for a local position and was willing to work out a 2 week notice for this cokpany , the owner told my friend to just clean out his truck since he went behind his back and filled out an application for somewhere else. WRONGFUL TERMINATION WHICH IS ILLEGAL! obviously their not a forever company if a driver is looking for a change anyways."

"I just spoke with Mr. Travis, I was going down the highway and noticed one of their drivers steer tires looked low. I called them up and they were appreciative, more so than many other companies these days. What Mr. Travis did next was show his appreciation by calling me back personally to thank me as it turned out there was a minor problem. Based on the way this gentleman spoke to me it gives me confidence to say I could work with them in the future. Reminds me of my childhood and how the industry was once ran. Thankfully I got this type of employer as well. If not I would have put my two weeks in based on this interaction alone to join Travis Trucking! They have beautiful equipment to which obviously I saw first hand, a red pete hauling a nice reefer. They came off from the start as very kind, respectful and intelligent. If your looking for a place in the Knoxville area I would give them a shot first. Great first impression as they'll go out of their way to show their appreciation. It's been a long time since I've interacted with an owner, company employee and driver who were all synced."
