"On last week, I called to inquire about a opening a high-yield checking and savings account. I spoke with Samer Ibrahim, Bank Officer at the Union location. We spoke briefly, he was pleasant and I told him that I would follow-up later. On today, I called back but spoke with a different officer, but it was just about the location and hours of operation. Within minutes, Mr. Ibrahim was calling me back. At that moment, I was unavailable but he called again. Once we connected, he really wanted to hear about my needs and offered to get the process started if I had time to submit a form back to him. I completed the form, emailed it back to him and within minutes he was reporting to me indicating that my account documents will be ready once I arrived. He was equally as pleasant and professional in person. Both of my new accounts were ready and awaiting my signature. All in all, Mr. Ibrahim provided exceptional customer service, allowed questions, offered suggestions, and made it an overall good experience. I was in and out of the bank within 20 minutes!!! Because of Samer Ibrahim, its the best BANKING I've ever had! It's also a very nice location. Every aspect of it feels "personal". Thank you, Samer."
