"One star because I had a terrible billing experience with this office. I had a root canal treatment performed and they billed my insurance with the ADA code for "unspecified oral surgery procedure" instead. Of course that wasn't a covered expense by the insurance company. Now this office is trying to charge me the full cost because they don't know how to bill the insurance company correctly. *sigh* This office has caused me so much stress over this treatment. I've had my insurance company ask them to re-bill them with the correct codes twice now. I'm still sorting this out almost a year after the treatment. I'll go somewhere else next time."
