The UPS Store

"If I could give a zero I would. Paid 140 dollars to have a package delivered by 9 am. They did not even attempt until 1145. I could have saved about 50 dollars if I had known that they would have delivered it later. The way I found out was by calling. I had to call five times and talk to 3 different representatives before they were able to get me in touch with logistics. The place had to be changed because for whatever reason the mail-room for the base was closed when they tried to deliver. Save your money and use the usps because UPS is going to gouge you and if you try to get the money back for they time they promised to deliver they are going to give you the run around and tell you to talk to logitsics, talk to customer service, oh and then they will say you are not the shipper talk to the store to get your money. Um wait how am I not the shipper if I was the one who took the item and paid for it to be shipped."

"I have never had a good experience at this location. Between them charging for a piece of tape, charge extra to print the return label. This time I dropped off a package with a guy he printed the tag and told me you are good to go. Several weeks later Amazon has charged me for the return item and said that they never received it. I will not go back to the Harriman UPS store. The Dollar General takes Amazon returns as well. Update: I emailed the owner as they requested 5 days ago and still no response."

"The young woman with curly hairs, was really friendly but created a tough situation for me,. I brought an UPS package with a printed label that has UPS and USPS tracking info on it ( I don't know why) and she sent it as a USPS package and now it's in transit since a full week and was supposed to be delivered to the recipient 2 days after the drop off day. I can not call this store to have explanation and I live far from there. USPS can't provide me information to know why this package has not been shipped with the UPS label. What a lack of professionalism for a really simple labor!"

"WORST STORE EVER!!!!! They charge a $1.00 for a strip of tape OR you can buy a small roll for $3.99 (Walmart has a LARGE roll for $2.00)Person in front of me had to buy a strip of tape, lady behind me had to buy tape! I’m am sure Amazon reimburses any UPS store for the convenience of providing the service to return packages at any UPS location! I wish I had walked out and went to another location!"

"This UPS Store location is always expedient! Employees are very kind, and I’m never there longer than a few minutes. I take A LOT of Amazon returns here, so I appreciate their services! Parking is kinda weird because it’s a loop around a strip mall with ATM/bank traffic, but you just gotta pay attention. :-)"
