"Do NOT work for Morgan & Morgan Company it's absolutely TERRIBLE!! Christina got a smart ah mouth for NO reasoning at all. Gary cool, but he under her! They want yu to buy your own chargers for their equipment (handhelds & iPad) & the mapping system they use dnt work well & needs updated. The trucks ain't been washed in YEARS! As you're driving thick dust will be just floating around in the air, around about you! When iWould complete a shift dirt & dust would be in my nostrils, on my hair & face! I totally understand it being on my clothes but not my hair... I can go on & on.. There's other FedEx contractual companies to work for! Just dnt choose them.."

"They have had my tools I ordered for work sitting in there shipment trailer for about a week and not done anything with but there doing stuff with other shipment that come in while other packages site there tell they get to that is not a good way to do business and im very on happy with how they are doing this I wish company's would stop using them"

"Absolutely horrible experience. They've had 2 packages since Wednesday, and won't scan them in, won't deliver them. They've literally given me six different stories attempting to explain things. Roads have been clear since Thursday. No packages...nothing. Do yourself a huge favor and use another delivery service whenever possible. They still have yet to explain in a reasonable manner why my packages have been sitting on their lot since Wednesday (seven days ago) in a trailer, and aren't being delivered. One was a gift for my grandson that is now too late. It's just been a mess. Updating. They held my deliveries for 7 days. Three miles from my home, and they wouldn't deliver. The very morning (less than 12 hours) after I cancelled the orders and requested refunds since FedEx wouldn't deliver, the vendors requested that FedEx ship them back through the system and guess what? That's right, they're already moving within the hour, and shipped out of Knoxville. FedEx is bad...very, very bad. NOT Recommended."

"Update: 5-12-23 FedEx LIES FedEx Deleted my FIRST return label out of the system, after 5 days of NOT picking up the package. I am uploading pictures of the box with the NEW return labels attached. I added NEON Yellow borders that say "2ND ATTEMPT TO RETURN FEDEX" And have put 2 labels on each side of the box, and purchased 2 rolls of 80 yards of packing tape, so that NO one at FedEx can come up with ANY Excuses ANY MORE. HEY FEDEX, COME PICK UP THIS BOX OF BROKEN GLASS AND METAL TRASH THAT YOU ABANDONED ON THE PROPERTY HERE-DO THIS MUCH LONGER AND I WILL PRESS CHARGES FOR DUMPING AND LITTERING ON MY PROPERTY. (Previous post is after this one.) Wayfair scheduled pickup. Fedex driver lies everyday. Says box is not there. Liar. I call everyday to request pickup. They lie and don't pick up. Item was smashed all to hell, and needs pickup because they destroyed it in the first place. Also, they left it at someone else's door. Wonder how long before they pick it up. Customer service is TERRIBLE!!!"
