I'm leaving this post today because there's a young lady working alone with a line out the door, all while answering calls and assisting customers over the phone. She has two lines going to help with her efficiency and is doing a WONDERFUL job. Most places you go and they're short staffed you can see it on the associates face and demeanor. I hope this young lady is compensated for working efficiently and pleasantly on a busy day."

"I hate this location they always trying to get you to buy some. If Amazon say I can ship/return something without a bag or box that’s what I’m going to do I still return/ship my package in some kind of bag or return it in a bag Amazon provided and ups still will ask me to purchase a bag or box it’s so annoying I understand you’re trying to sale your products but if the return label clearly says no bag or box needed and I still have it in some kind of bag stop trying to make me buy your product PLEASE!! Then the nerve of them to get mad when you don’t want to purchase like your package gone get lost or damaged if you don’t purchase their bag or box."

"I don't mean to sound racist.... I'm Black. This UPS store used to be good... until they hired Black people. They destroyed businesses. That is why people left Memphis. I went there yesterday to drop off the returned package. And she asked me if I want receipt, she thought I would just drop it off and go. It was a $800 camera. I said yes. Then she scanned the shipping label and told me that the printing on shipping label wasn't good. She told me to email her the shipping label. I didn't have my cell phone. I asked if I can just buy another shipping label. She asked for my ID. I said NO. I left there with my package."
