"Dr.Wesley is great, however, now you must see this associates. I get this as a move towards whatever he is going for.... But.... When I call and ask how much an appointment would be as an established client they stated $65... But when the bill came, they charged $175 I've been back and forth between registration, billing and the office. Not once did they charge that... They do it everytime now. I called today and was told that is still the price. I can't seem to get anyone to understand why I'm upset. Can billing, office and registration work together?"
"Doctor Robert Wesley is a great doctor, he has helped me in a big way. However the office staff is completely absurd. I have called numerous amounts of times of times to get a call back from my doctor at his convenience, They never relay the messages. I have also had to call and get my own test results because they never call me on the dates they say they are going to call. This is the very first doctor's office that I have ever been with that will not call you back at all. Dr. Robert Wesley was highly recommended and has been a great doctor but the office staff is completely out of their element and unprofessional!"
