"I inadvertently selected the QR code for whole food. Instead of turning me away, the store clerk showed me what the UPS QR code looked like, and advised me to call customer support to have them make the adjustments. The Amazon customer service person sent the correct codes while I was in the UPS store and I was able to return ink cartridges that didn't fit my printer. So grateful!"

"If you offer notary service for 15.00, you should train your staff how to notarize.Thank you The young man on duty that day, simply did not understand the type of document I had. It was an assignment of a piece of property. So there were 2 names on the document. And he insisted that both people had to be present. I was in a hurry and just said you are wrong and left.  I went to the post office around the corner, knowing they probably did not notarize. My next choice was to go to the UPS store on Highland and I just did not want to do that. So I thought about it, I was still right around the corner from your store.  So I went back with a better attitude and determined to get my document notarized.  I spoke with the young man by first apologizing for my rudeness and then explaining the nature of the document.  On the second page, which he just glanced at, it gave a place for my notary as a Tennessee resident and a place for the other person, a Mississippi resident.  Hence the need for multiple documents. We were good, but more training would be a good idea."
