"So wish I could give negative stars.I have not had 1 neutral experience with this bank, much less positive. Multiple deposits put into the wrong account, causing real problems. I was pulled out of a very long line to make a no cash involved transaction just to be told "yeah, we can't do that" . This man spoke to me as though I should have known better, and sent me to the end of the line that I was at the front of when he pulled me out. These ppl could not pass 3rd grade math. Then incompetence is truly unbelievable. The attitude is that which granny would have taken out behind the barn."
"I will never again use this bank for any type of loan. So disorganized and getting the run around constantly. I have been a Regions customer for 25 years, and I would not recommend this branch to anyone."
"I recommend no one do buisness with regions, very poor customer service at this branch, ATM took 700 of my money and when I file a complaint inside they make me wait over 30 min then refuse to give me a reginal managers number and tell me I have to wait up to 7 to 10 days for my money, they never ask me to leave but call a police officer to do so. Poor bank poor service. No wonder they have been closing branches."
