"I paid off my loan but they lost my title I had to wait over a month to get it and I had to call them I told the old woman with the moles all over her face I had a new number she didn’t updated it plus she overcharged me and when she went to give me my money she slammed it on counter and pushed my title to me while I was holding out my hands I will never be back Un professional inbred hicks"

"Had a computer generated refund check for a product I purchased from a major corporation. So I patiently waited in line 15 minutes because there was one teller. Now I've been there B4 to cash checks, however didn't realize the archaic method used to verify funds by calling. The person on the other end didn't know who to transfer the teller to & rightfully so. Therefore, the company would have to find who, what & when someone could call back. Meanwhile the teller asked me if I wanted to wait. Wait, for what & you don't know when so why would I wait. Seriously I will never go back nor do I care if I ever cash the check. Waste of time & no time for ignorance by using archaic methods. Unless they change there process to be aligned with the 21st century I wouldn't waste my time."
