And the dentist herself makes you feel like family . Prices are fair exactly what you look for in a small business. If your looking for a fair and a great dentist go visit them . Cant say enough good things about there great staff"

"I've reached my limit with this rubbish of a place and the staff. I made an appointment on June 8 2023 after my crowns appointment for a fillings appointment for August 24th at 1:50pm. Within days after my June 8th appointment I requested the day off with my employer (since I work nights) for the August 24th appointment. Day arrived and guess what? they called me day before around 2:04pm(proof of call history) If i can come in at 8:15am! It’s the 3rd time they do this and im tired of mentioning I work graveyard. I find it totally unprofessional that they waited a day before and not to mentioned they lied that they tried to reach me days prior which is not possible my cellphone is 5G and not to mention I live a couple blocks away so I know we both have signal. Erika used to be a chuffed delighted spoken person but then lost complete respect with her annoyance on the phone due to the argument of the appointment scheduling. Then comes the ghetto act up hood rat 0 skill of a manager trying to solve the situation in which she ultimately failed because how lacking in managing expertise she had to resolve the issue which ended in strong vocabulary because she rudely hanged up and still told me to call back to make a new appointment in which my sister & my mother were witnesses of because i had her on speaker and heard how rude she was and laughed of how unprofessional she was . Also the both latina dental assistants need to work on their skills because they have a knack of making me uncomfortable by putting too much pressure on my tongue and making me wait for almost 30 mins in the damn chair with my mouth open while still laying down while the Dr go works on other patient without letting me know. All in all do yourself a favor and go elsewhere where they actually care for their patients .Im gonna stick with mines in Tijuana since they treat me with kindness and respect until then ill keep looking here and hopefully I find one here in San Diego that truly cares for their patients (BTW don’t trust these fake reviews ) now all of a sudden they want 5 star reviews because of my review,how pathetic and desperate they are."

"Great service, on a previous visit, Dr Hernandez fixed three fillings done by a previous dentist. They are well connected and respected in the dentistry community; they have referred me to other emergency dentists when I broke a molar and when needed a hollowed out wisdom tooth pulled. They never canceled on me, honored my insurance and never disrespected me as a patient. Would recommend their services."

"First time there, my Great Grandson got Mono because the older nurse doesn't change her gloves. Today, we arrived for our 1:50 appointment and they canceled the appointment. Just the day before, they called to confirm the appointment. If I had cancelled without notice, they would have charged me $50. Dentist might be okay, but her staff are the worst. No regard for the customer's time and inconvenience. Unless you cannot find another Medical dentist, I would not recommend this office."
