"I chose Dr. Shirley Baker because she had Good reviews here on Google. That was a big mistake. After more than a year and $ 10,000 later just about every procedure she performed failed. From bone graft to implant. The permanent denture is the worst quality and only lasted less than a year. An implant fell out and another is loose. I have infections in my mouth and now I have to pay another $5,000 to fix her shotty dentistry. If I could give zero stars i would her attitude when approached about her failure to fulfill her contract was deplorable. And if I have one piece of advice to whoever reads this don't ever go to her because you will pay more and have to go and get everything redone. Message to Shirley I will see in front of the arbitrator."

"We have had such an awesome experience with Dr Baker and her staff! Had to look for a dntist in TJ because I could not afford dental care in the U.S.! (So WRONG!) But from Many meeting us in his cab and taking us to her office to our (so far!) 3rd appointment, our experience could not be better! "Wow wow wow. I had a really great experience here. I came here for a consultation for Lumineers or Veneers and was thrilled and impressed that Dr. Baker was completely honest with me. She easily could have taken my money and moved forward with my original request. Instead , she encouraged me that my teeth, despite some aging/ wear and tear, were basically in pretty good shape and really didn't need such an extensive treatment . I opted for a teeth cleaning which was executed thoroughly and professionally. We also agreed that natural bonding for three of my front teeth would be a better solution to veneers . In under 2 hours, my smile was completely transformed to satisfy my concerns. It was quick, comfortable, and affordable. I am from the LA/ Hollywood area and have gained a new appreciation for the professional services that are available to US citizens, by simply driving a few hours, crossing the border (very safe and easy) to receive such quality and low cost services. Thank you Dr. Baker and staff for your expert care and high skills . It is much appreciated."

"I can't speak highly enough of Dr. Baker. If I could I would give her extra stars to wipe out a few nasty reviews from people who are obviously the type of person to give out 1 star to try to hurt a business. I overlook those when I read reviews; they can't really be taken seriously. Dr. Baker's work included 4 extractions; 6 implants; and a new crown on each and every tooth. My teeth look gorgeous . I have been amazed on each visit by Dr. Baker's care and skills. Even after 6 extractions, and drilling into my bones to place the implants, I have experienced almost no pain. I didn't know that was possible! The work was so extensive that in the past 3 visits I've had about 2 dozen shots in my mouth; yet the only ones that hurt were 2 in the roof of my mouth - those always pinch. But what really amazed me was that I never felt pain after my appointment! Dr. Baker thoroughly explained what she was going to do, and eased my fear at every visit. A prosthodontist in Nevada wanted $44,000+ to do my "full mouth reconstruct." He refused to do implants; he wanted to pull ALL of my teeth and put in "All-on4s" (basically permanent dentures). Dr. Baker refused to agree to these All-on-4s until she could look at my teeth. She said I would get used to, and be happy with, the All-on-4s, but they would not be my real teeth. Even though it was much more work, Dr. Baker insisted on saving my own teeth by pulling 3 bad ones (old, failed root canals), putting in implants for these plus 3 other missing teeth, and putting a zirconia crown on every single tooth. The local prosthodontist wouldn't do it - too much work. Dr. Baker saved my teeth, doing all of this for approx. $19,500 - less than half of what I'd pay in Nevada! The office is in another country - they don't do things exactly the same way we do. Sometimes there are minor misunderstandings that need to be addressed. But I saved $25,000!!! My mouth looks great. I just took my granddaugher to Dr. Baker to get 5 fillings and extract 2 wisdom teeth. Her prices justify the trip to Tijuana. I completely trust this doctor."

"I highly recommend Dr. Shirley Baker. I had 4 wisdom teeth extracted on Saturday, May 23 by Dr. Shirley Baker and her staff, and this was the best dental experience of my life. Many people, including myself, are terrified of the dentist because of past experiences. I have always had my dental work done in the USA (Seattle, WA) and each experience was worse than the previous one. So when it came to extracting my wisdom teeth, I did my research and found Dr. Baker. I wanted to put put "under" for the surgery. And her office was able to do that for me. She called in the anesthesiologist and he did a great job of helping me manage my extreme anxiety. When I woke up, my teeth were extracted and I had no discomfort what-so-ever. I was transported by Dr. Baker's driver to the pharmacy where I filled my prescription. And then her driver, Many, took me back to the border where I caught my ride back home. Dr. Baker prescribed me an NSAID and not an opiate, which I was really thankful for. I followed Dr. Baker's post-op plan and I have not had any discomfort at all. I was really nervous for the pain I was going to experience after surgery, but to my delightful surprise, there hasn't been any. I am a 37-year-old man. I live in San Diego. This was the best dental experience I have ever had. Period. If you're looking to get your wisdom teeth removed, you sincerely need to consider Dr. Baker. Sure, the price was great. But the care was even better. I can't write or say enough about Dr. Baker and her team. They really did a great job for me, and I feel super grateful."
