"I spent hours trying to decide on a pediatrician for my special needs son. I even spoke to someone at the office because I had questions if this doctor had any experience with special needs kids. The site said he was accepting new patients as well as my insurance provider. I called to make an appointment and I was told that he wasn't accepting new patients. When I asked who updates this with the insurance providers and their own site, she became rude and said she has no idea but she knows he's not taking them. This doctor may be good but someone needs to make sure things are updated for people and have a better attitude within his staff."
