"I have had issues with back pain for several years and have seen other chiropractors in the past. I had to switch due to insurance changes. I neeeded an immediate appointment due to the amount of pain I suddenly found myself in. This office got me in the same day. They did X-rays and when I came back to review them with Dr. Josh, he thoroughly explained everything that was wrong, what we could do to fix it, as well as my out of pocket after insurance costs. From the first phone call with the receptionist, this office took my concerns seriously, answered all the my questions, and Dr. Josh came up with a treatment plan for me. Dr. Josh gave clear instructions during my adjustment and consistently checked with me that I was okay and that nothing was hurting more than it should. After the adjustment, two technicians, Levi and JulieAnn (so sorry if that is spelt incorrectly) helped me with the additional steps of my treatment, and were kind, patient and gentle with me while also checking constantly that I was okay and that nothing was hurting anymore. I appreciate the level of care this doctor and his staff showed for me, especially as it was so last minute that I needed to be seen. I will certainly be returning to continue my treatment and highly recommend them if you are in need of chiropractic services."
