"I stayed on hold for 2 hours and 40 minutes to try to speak to a person who might be able to find a parcel that is currently 12 days late. I gave up. It was supposedly out for delivery two days ago, and yesterday, and today (riiiiiiiight...). I imagine it will arrive before I get a person on the line (it didn't). Lowe's needs to re-partner on the shipping end. Zero communication. Wonder why you've never heard of Ceva? This would be why..."

"Very difficult to get in and out of the gate the people inside the facility are very friendly. Apparently they use a third-party vendor out of Houston. They truly are not very efficient. I'm hoping one day they will actually put a guard in the guard Shack on the property."
