"He is no Dr. Halligan. I came to Dr. Carpenter with a need to replace my original nightguard from Dr. Halligan. He charged me for full exam and encouraged me to get a costly CT scan. However, he did very little to communicate what the results meant. The assessment felt rushed and the replacement night guard was totally different than the original. It attempted to move my lower jaw further than the original and locked my jaw in this position. It seems he has a one size fits all approach. It was a costly $3500 mistake. I am so sad that Dr. Halligan and his wife have retired and were not able to find a suitable replacement."

"Dr. Carpenter and Cheryl are courteous, professional, and extremely knowledgeable. I came to their office two years ago barely being able to open my mouth and experiencing painful symptoms of TMJ.
