"I called Lane about a piano move and was put in contact with Harry, the coordinator for the moving schedule. Harry was very communicative, and the company coordinates in such a way that they plan the moves in accordance with other moves that are in your same area. By doing this, they can offer you a great price if you are just willing to be flexible with when your piano is moved/delivered. I was quoted a price that was $500-600 cheaper than any other mover in the area because I just had to work with them a tiny bit! They want to work with you and make it happen. Matt, the lead mover, was lovely and offered me some helpful information about my piano when putting it in my home. A great resource and kind person, as was his co-mover who I did not catch the name of. Even the guys moving your piano are very knowledgable. I'd 100% recommend Lane and plan to use them as a resource in the future."
