Frontier Logistical

"I walked in needing to use the the bathroom badly. Granted I didn't come to do business there , however all public bathrooms were full. Upon coming out of the bathroom on my way out a heavy set woman with thinning hair approached me steadfastly and clearly annoyed in the most unprofessional manner asked me "Did you just walk in here to use the bathroom?!". I respond nicely affirming her inquiry. She of course states the obvious concerning the public bathrooms, but a well rounded, cultured and decent mannered person would understand this ONE occasion was an emergncy. This woman was literally trembling over her discontent with my use of Frontier ladies bathroom. I wholeheartedly believe that she would of behaved with me in a much harsher tone than she already was if not for the reputation of the company. I understand the cost a business in a commercial building pays to accommodate it's employees, but in the matter of interacting with anyone who walks into a place business said employee should always treat each individual with respect as they the employee represents the company within and outside the business. The way she treated me was as if I trashed the bathroom with the repulsion which showed in her disposition. Very shameful of you lady!"
