"Took my 16-year-old Shih Tzu, Gus, in for a nail trimming yesterday. He was in great need of this service. Gus has difficulty being in a standing or sitting position for even a short time, and he gives me a hard time when I try to trim his nails, so I was worried the groomer would not be able to do it. She had no problem at all. She and the staff there were very welcoming, helpful, and kind, and I was so pleased with their service. I went to The Groom Room at the recommendation of a couple who stopped and chatted with me while Gus and I were out for a walk. They gave the groomers a great deal of praise, and I can now do the same. Highly recommend."

"Our pup has been here twice now and has come home looking great both times! Such nice people who take their time and do a great job. Update to add: We eventually switched to another groomer. The Groom Room will crate your dog and your appt time is just a drop off time. Our dog would spend 4-5 hours here and was not given a bathroom break and we were not allowed to give him a chew toy to have in the crate with him. Over time as soon as we pulled up to the building he would try running back to the car and didn't want to go inside. They did a great job on the haircut itself, but your dog will be crated for several hours without a bathroom break."
