"This review is actually not for me, but for my girlfriend. She went in about a week ago to get her two bottom wisdom teeth removed because they were causing her pain. On the day of her surgery, they took an X-ray of her teeth and I guess everything looked ok. The procedure starts and on the first go, they basically try to yank one of the wisdom teeth out with a set of pliers, which ultimately fails. At this point, the dentist says something along the lines of "welp, can't do that one, let's try the other side". For this tooth, he brought out a machine to cut the tooth into smaller pieces and then extracting it, which worked to remove the top part of the tooth, but they were unable to extract the root. After this, they basically just gave her antibiotics and pain medication and told her to come back in 2 WEEKS for a checkup. What kind of quack dentist does this? If anything, they should have known from the start if it was going to be difficult to extract just by looking at the x-ray. Not only that, but they should have immediately referred her to someone who's more qualified to extract the rest of her wisdom teeth. Instead, they basically winged it, messed up her teeth, and now she's been dealing with intense pain for the past few days. If you're looking for a dentist that actually cares about your well-being, go somewhere else because it's blatantly obvious that they just want your money here and nothing else."
