"I know everyone says this BUT if I could give no stars I would! Actually they can get one just because the front girl was nice. So let me start off by saying a little back ground story as to why I originally came here..So Monday 6/10/19 I was on a mission to find a dental office because of my wisdom tooth, it was in pain and swollen I couldn’t take it! With that being said.. I have met life hmo which means I need to get an assigned general dental office before anything so that’s what I did I called around and to see who can see me and surprisingly a lot of dental offices are closed mondays? And well this one was the only one open w a appointment same day so i’ll Give them that too anyways.. I went and told them why I’m here, for my wisdom tooth!! The initial visit went well, I hadn’t been to a dentist in years so they did the basics..once I saw Dr Mehta he said he would refer me to an oral surgeon.. they actually have one at their office so I thought well that’s even better. So this is where they had me messed up. I came In today 6/14/19 for a cleaning and a con w the oral surgeon. Before I even see him Annabelle took me in to her room and said that the oral surgeon needed a panorama X-ray, which will not be covered by my ins so it will be $300. I said what? She said yea it’s because they cover either or and u already had one done on Monday and it won’t cover both. Then I said u guys knew why I came in why not take the X-ray needed? She didn’t kno what to say.. n then i mentioned why didn’t Judith (treatment coordinator) let me know I would need this? It wasn’t mentioned at all? And I suppose to just cough up $300? She said well we can give u a discount of $195 ? And also had to nerve to tell me she didn’t kno why I was so upset? I walked out! I went home n called my ins n guess what? They said if it is medically necessary we will cover it 100% and it looks like it is! No se si me vieron cara de pendeja but they got the wrong one. What surprised me is that I told them off the back I use to wrk at a dental office before so I kno the game. Annabelle told me I could try n call my ins to see if they covered it or not but the most likely won’t ? Lol homegirl I think that’s your job to find out no? Cuz that’s what i did when I worked at a dental office, check patients benefits. Honestly this practice is just a money grab. Explains a lot because they have a lot of high tech equipment. So anyways my insurance ref me to another oral surgeon but unfortunately this office is still my primary until July which means I need a direct referral from them. I called homegirl back and asked her to do that for me and yes I told her what my insurance said and she just said ohh sorry. So we’ll see if she can at least do her job this once? All I want is my wisdom tooth removed..y’all be smart and call your insurance because they will play you."

"They have a way of doing business that did not suit me well at all. First, the doctors tell you what you need. Then the accountant comes in and tells you what your insurance don't cover and how much can you pay today. Disregard the patients well being for if you do not have your co pay they will not treat you like a valued customer. First time I came in, got Xrays done and was told two teeth needed to be extracted. I left that day because I didn't have the co pay. Then I received a call stating to come back and they can work something out like a promise to pay. By now, my tooth broke, in pain severely, i make an appointment. I go in, receptionist is making me pay co pay. I informed her that was the problem last time but was told to come back and they would work something out. Receptionist told me to sit down and wait for the doctors because they get in at 2, same time as my appointment. Keep in mind! I'm in pain!! Tooth broken nerves exposed and they switched out receptionist and I stayed waiting trying to call another Dentist who can assist me with a extraction or some sort of pain relief. I ended up running out of their office after waiting for 30 to 45 min. after my appointment to the ER. I swear I wish I didn't waist my time with this facility! Now, my xrays are through them and they have my insurance papers and approval but I seriously do not like the way they handle business, its like they have to get you to come out the pocket before they work on you, then tell you cleaning procedures and extractions that you really don't need to suck up all the insurance money. Poor business practice!!! Very very disappointed! I wouldn't recommend them to no body!! Not even my worst enemies! P.s. they never called me back to see what the matter was or to save my business relations with them."
